Terms of Use You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, downloading, posting, broadcasting, transmitting, or making www.blueandwhitetravel.gr content (including text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) available to the public in any manner, except for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of www.blueandwhitetravel.gr content requires prior written permission from “Blue and White Travel”. You agree to use www.blueandwhitetravel.gr only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or hinder anyone else’s use and enjoyment of www.blueandwhitetravel.gr. Your use of www.blueandwhitetravel.gr is intended for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. Speculative, false, or fraudulent requests are strictly prohibited. Product Validity, Modifications & Amendments All products, tours, and services offered by “Blue and White Travel” are valid as per the dates displayed at www.blueandwhitetravel.gr. “Blue and White Travel” is not liable for any information not directly provided by them. All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to the “Blue and White Travel” Customer Care Team for processing. There is no fee charged by “Blue and White Travel” for amending or changing the dates of an existing booking. “Blue and White Travel” reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute any service or tour booked at www.blueandwhitetravel.gr, at any time, and for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
Prices Prices are subject to variation based on dates and availability. No additional taxes are applicable. All discounted prices are non-refundable.
Non-Included Expenses All personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.) and costs for drinks, mineral waters, after-meal coffee and tea, tips, sightseeing, and services not explicitly mentioned in our itineraries are not included. For clarification on whether something is included in the price of the tour, please inquire.
Payments & Cancellations “Blue and White Travel” accepts all major credit cards. No charge or service fee is applied for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is necessary to make a reservation. Payments will be listed as “Blue and White Travel”. Canceling a booking with “Blue and White Travel” may incur cancellation fees, as outlined below. Upon canceling any booking, you will receive notification via email regarding the total cancellation fees. Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY “Blue and White Travel”. Cancellation policies are specified on your Booking Voucher. Below are the general Cancellation rules: – No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package tour, island package, accommodation, meals, or any other services utilized. – All discounted prices are non-refundable. – Cancellation more than 20 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: Full refund – Cancellation 19 – 4 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: 50% refund – Cancellation 0 – 3 Days Before the departure date of the cruise/service booked: No refund – Alteration of departure date within 48 Hours Before the original departure date of the Tour / Cruise Service: Fee of 30.00 Euro Per Person will apply. – Some special cancellation policies are always shown before the payment procedure and also on the booking confirmation emails. If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket. Payments made after a special agreement or using a special price due to a coupon code are NON-REFUNDABLE. “Blue and White Travel” reserves the right to cancel any cruise/tour/service at any time, with the condition that fares paid will be refunded to passengers who have paid said fares. In case of cancellation (cruise/tour service never starts) due to Extreme Weather Conditions, the full amount of fares shall be refunded to all passengers who have paid said fares. In such a case, every effort will be made to assist passengers with alternative arrangements. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transactions, currency exchanges, or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on www.blueandwhitetravel.gr and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
Children Reductions a) Children under 4 years participate free of charge on tours. Children aged 4 to 12 years pay the specific price shown for every tour/cruise. b) Reductions on all air and sea tours and cruises adhere to the policies followed by the specific air carrier and/or cruise line used.
Hotel Accommodation During our tours, we strive to utilize 4 or 3-star hotels, as classified by the Greek Government. All hotels used on our tours have private facilities. Prices indicated for each tour are per person, based on double occupancy. A different price supplement applies for sole occupancy and if a single room is available. The per-person cost in a triple room is the same as in a double.
Meals As specified in each tour. Half-board includes continental breakfast and one main meal daily (usually dinner), while full board includes continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Transfers As specified in each tour, including porterage of 2 medium-sized suitcases per person.
Guides As mentioned in the description, our tours are led by professional guides licensed by the Greek government. In the event of force majeure (such as strikes), we reserve the right to utilize tour conductors instead of guides or distribute literature describing places visited on our tours.
Itineraries As specifically mentioned in each tour. In the event of force majeure or reasons beyond our control occurring after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itineraries.
