For certain tours and cruises, you have the flexibility to choose your payment method. You can either pay online with a card during the booking process or opt to pay on the day of the tour using your credit card or cash. Please review the specific Tour or Cruise details to see if this option is available.

All bookings placed on the website are confirmed instantly. Once the booking process is completed, you will receive a printable e-voucher in your email inbox. If you cannot locate the e-confirmation voucher, please check your junk or spam folder as well. In case of any difficulties, please contact “Blue and White Travel” Customer Service at booking@blueandwhitetravel.gr for further assistance.

Some email providers may mark general emails, such as those sent from “Blue and White Travel,” as “spam.” Please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If your spam filter is set to the highest level, only emails from senders in your address book will go into your inbox. Other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a “spam” folder. These emails can remain in this folder for up to 7 days before your email system automatically deletes them.

Please provide your full address when making a booking, and you will be informed of the nearest convenient pick-up point on the printable voucher sent to your email once your booking is confirmed. To ensure we can find the closest pick-up location for your accommodation, please make sure to include the exact address and postal code during the booking process.

“Blue and White Travel” also offers a private pick-up service at an additional cost. Please enter your address during the booking process, and you will be given all the necessary details and the extra cost involved.
